- Professional Callout & Fault Diagnosis — When your boiler develops a fault, I attend with the experience, knowledge and specialist equipment needed to investigate the problem properly. I’ll explain what I find and advise you on the next steps. My standard callout fee is £100, covering attendance and the initial diagnostic assessment. Any replacement parts or additional repair work are discussed and agreed separately.
- Honest assessments — I explain what’s wrong, what needs repairing and what it will cost before proceeding.
- No guesswork — Faults are investigated systematically, identifying the underlying cause rather than unnecessarily replacing parts and hoping for the best.

Getting It Right the First Time Matters
I believe in diagnosing faults properly and getting repairs right the first time. That means fewer unnecessary callbacks, less inconvenience and better value for my customers. I rarely need to return for the same fault because my priority is to identify and address the actual problem, not simply treat the symptoms.
I believe in repairing boilers, not unnecessarily replacing them. If your boiler is safe to repair and the repair makes financial sense, that’s what I’ll recommend. I won’t encourage you to spend thousands on a new boiler when a sensible, cost-effective repair could give your existing one many more years of reliable service.
