What Your Call-Out Covers
Your call-out fee includes:
- Time and professional expertise
- Travel to your property
- The first hour on site
- Full diagnostic testing
- Gas Safe safety checks
- Use of tools, meters, and equipment
This applies to both Gas and Oil systems.
You’re paying for the visit, the knowledge, and the diagnostics – not how complicated the fix turns out to be.
If the Fault Is Fixed Within the Hour
If the problem is diagnosed and sorted within the first hour, you only pay the call-out fee.
No extra labour charge.
